Shipments and Returns
Shipments are made via express courier.
The shipping cost in Italy is €5.90 for total amounts under €90.00, VAT included, and is free for higher amounts.
Orders are normally processed and entrusted to the courier according to the following methods:
- Orders sent by the Buyer by 2.59pm will be processed and entrusted to the courier on the same day;
- Orders sent by the Buyer after 3.00 pm will be processed and entrusted to the courier on the following working day.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will not be considered working days, so Orders sent on these two days will be considered sent on the first following working day, by 10:00 am.
Delivery times to the Buyer start from the moment of sending the email confirming the shipment of the Products to the Buyer by PFG HEALTH and are normally 2-3 working days for deliveries of the products in Italy.
For shipments to islands and disadvantaged areas, for example in the center of Venice, these times could be extended by 1-2 working days compared to the Italian calendar.
In case of delay in delivery exceeding 14 (fourteen) working days, the Buyer will have the possibility to cancel his Order, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Order confirmation email, by sending an e-mail -email email@example.com
Only in the event that the delay in delivery is attributable solely to PFG HEALTH and/or the carrier, the Buyer will have the right, in addition to cancellation of the Order as provided above, to reimbursement of any shipping costs incurred, provided that the entire Order is returned by the Buyer to PFG HEALTH. The reimbursement of expenses will be made in the forms indicated in the Returns and Exchanges section, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by PFG HEALTH.
In the event that the delay is not attributable to PFG HEALTH or the carrier, the Buyer will not be able to claim either a refund of the sums paid by him or a new shipment of the Products ordered.
In the event that the Order is not returned in its integrity and completeness, the Buyer will not be able to claim either a refund of the sums paid by him or her, nor a new shipment of the Products ordered.
Without prejudice to the exception referred to in the " Right of withdrawal " paragraph ( art. 9 of the "Conditions of Sale" contract) , the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract without any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send his request in the "Contacts" section of the site within 14 (fourteen) working days from delivery of the Products, specifying the following:
- Name and surname
- A telephone number
- The Order identification number
- The code of the item you want to return
- The reasons for the return
The return must be carried out by choosing the collection method with the courier xxx and inserting the waybill sent by PFG HEALTH into the package.
To obtain a refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the Products, the Buyer must book the reshipment of the purchased Products within 14 (fourteen) working days from sending the withdrawal notice to PFG HEALTH.
The only costs to be borne by you are those relating to the return of the Product. The Buyer is also responsible for the risks associated with the transport of the returned goods.
PFG HEALTH reserves the right to refuse late withdrawals, returns of Products shipped late or returns of Products that are not in the same original condition.
The Buyer undertakes to conserve and safeguard the Products received and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal with the utmost care and diligence, keeping them intact together with the original packaging.
PFG HEALTH, once it has received the goods in accordance with the above and carried out the necessary checks, will proceed with the refund to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the Products.
